Recruitment & Training / Self Regulation
{Eagleyes Security Provides Thorough and Effective Training} We Remain Totally Aware of How Developed each Security Operative is, and don’t rely on guess work.
We see this as a Value Added Service, which is incorporated in Our Overall Service Delivery Criteria.
Eagleyes Security is Compliant, With All aspects: of the N.S.W, VIC, A.C.T, & QLD, Security Industry's Regulations, we also Believe In: "Self Regulation", where Our Policies and Practices, Go Over And Above Legislative Requirements.
An Operative may hold a Security License and has completed Certificate II in Security Operations, we only recognize the License as an Industry Requirement, by Law, and to Ensure No Criminal Record Exists Before Each Security Operative's First Shift, we enter into the "Security Industry Website" and confirm the "Operative's License Is Current", and has not been Cancelled, and, by using this Benchmark we are Confident that we have Superior Security Operatives to what the Current Market has to Offer, Which Will Result in a Better Service for our Clients, and Subsequently Reflects Positively on our Client.
As a result of this extra training, the Security Operative's Attitude, Self Esteem, Positive Work Ethics, and Enthusiasm Increases, Resulting in a smaller turnover of staff, and a more stable and familiar face for our client.-
Site Specific Training

Eagleyes Security believes in specialized training for site specifics, whilst using and training to the Certificate II & III in Security Operations and in conjunction to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). This enables the Security Operatives to Confidently Understand the Importance of Specific Security Issues and other situations which May Occur at the Site from time to time and to which they may not have previously been exposed to.
Eagleyes Security Always Works Closely with the Client to Ensure all Aspects of Specified Site Requirements Are Incorporated when developing the specific site (SOP’s). Eagleyes Security Ensures that not only the Permanent site Security Operatives are fully trained, but any Relief Operatives Are Trained, and they Conduct Duties Sparingly to Ensure Site Familiarization.
In Addition, Our Dedicated Site Operation's/Account Manager Will Also Be Totally Conversant with the Security Operatives at the Site, the Operations/Account Manager will be Conducting the Training , Should there be any Staffing Issues Where a Permanent or Dedicated Relief Security Operative cannot attend a shift, then the Operations/Account ,Manager Will Work The shift. Once the Site SOP’s are developed then so is a vigorous training regime.
The Management of Access and Egress and the Recognition of Potential Risks in all areas are also Central To Our Site-Based Training.

We work with Many Businesses from Government departments to Major Banking and Insurance Corporations. Eagleyes Security Emphasizes to its Security Operatives to Be Courteous, Friendly and Efficient, when Meeting and Greeting Visitors.

Reporting

Eagleyes Security has Several Reporting Methods which we provide to Our Clients. These Reports are prepared by Our Operations Manager or the Site Security Operatives.
As our Operations Manager will be attending the site a minimum of (4) four times per week, the Operations Manager will Liase with the Client to Ensure there are No Issues Left Unresolved.
The Operations Manager Will Liase with the Onsite Operatives Who May Voice Any Concerns.
Over and above the Operation Managers attendance, other members of our Operational Management Team will Attend and Conduct Random Checks on Our Onsite Security Personnel.
Reports will Summarise the Operatives' Arrival and Departure Times From Site, Their Daily Activities, and Any Issues that May Occur whilst they are On Duty, any Patrols and the Time of Such Patrol, and a Signature from the Site Manager on the Day of the Shift to Confirm the Security Operatives' appearance.
Depending on the Site and the Conditions Agreed To By Both the Client and ourselves, Reports May Include Further Information Upon Request, These Reports Will Be Completed on a Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Basis, and Forwarded to Our company's Operations Manager who will Review the Reports, and then Forward Them as per the Client's Request. -
Occupational Health & Safety Policy Statement

Policies and responsibilities of "Occupational Health and Safety" are communicated to the company's Staff/Contractor's, via: "Their Induction Training", Policy and Procedure Manuals, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Job Descriptions, Employment Contracts, Employee Handbooks, Mail Outs, Safety Talks and Staff Meetings.
